Gugulethu Sofia Mbatha popular under her stage and screen name Gugu Mbatha Raw. She became popular for her role in the BBC science fiction TV series Doctor Who. Gugu was famous for her character Tish Jones on the series by BBC. She was the twin sister of a character named Martha Jones. The audience loved Gugu's bright spontaneity. There was no turning going back to her wonderful acting future! Gugu has also appeared in various British productions on stage and TV. The actress has been praised for her performances in British period dramas 'Belle' (2013) and 'Beyond the Lights' (2014). Chelsea Joy Handler was conceived on February 25, 75 and was born in Livingston New Jersey. She was the youngest child from a family of six. The parents of Handler were both homeowners. Her father was an dealer of used cars. Her mother was born in Germany and immigrated into the United States as a young woman in 1958. Handler was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1989, and passed away after fighting cancer for ten years. Handler was raised Reform Judaism by her father and grandfather, who were Jewish. Handler enjoyed a pleasant and healthy childhood living in a posh neighborhood. She moved to Los Angeles when she was 19 years old, to pursue acting. Handler became an actress in order to help her. Handler decided to concentrate on stand-up at the age of 21 when she recognized her story telling abilities. The beginning of her career Handler began her stand-up profession as part of the Oxygen network all-female cast for an undiscovered camera/real-life joke show on TV called Girls Behaving Poorly. The reality series ran from 2002 until 2005. The handler began to appear on other TV shows, such as Weekends at D.L., The Bernie Mac Show, The Practice and My Wife and Kids. Handler was hired for The Tonight Show as a reporter. Handler got her most famous break in 2006, as she became the host of E! It was titled The Chelsea Handler Show. The show ran for two seasons. Handler appeared on the Comedy Central Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour at the American embassy the year after. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend (and HBO) have broadcast her live stand-ups. Her name was chosen as the host of The 2010 MTV Video Music Awards in 2010. She became the second women in history, behind Roseanne Barr, who hosted the VMAs.
